In addition to the College’s policies and procedures, Minneapolis College also follows Minnesota State’s Board of Trustees Policies and System Procedures and the State of Minnesota’s Employee Relations Laws, Rules, and Policies.
Minneapolis College employees, students, and visitors are expected to follow Minneapolis College policies and procedures and those of the Minnesota State system, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Since system policies and procedures already apply to those at the College, in some instances, the College uses system policies and procedures instead of creating a local policy or procedure.
