To ensure the appropriate use of copyrighted and other intellectual property. 

Part 2. Responsibilities

Minneapolis College employees and students are expected to follow all system, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding these materials and properties. This includes, but is not limited to: 

• Minnesota State Board Policy 3.27 Copyrights
• Minnesota State System Procedure 3.27.1 Copyright Clearance

Part 3. Materials copied and sold in the bookstore

All materials copied and sold to students through the College Store will be considered copying for commercial use and will be subject to permission from copyright owners.
