Student Planner

Widgets

Minneapolis College is a part of a Minnesota State project to provide students a graduation planner that can be used along with their degree audits. We are excited to announce that the Student Planner tool is active for student use!

The Student Planner is available for students in eServices, along with degree audits, under the tab titled "Academic Records". Academic advisors are able to assist students with creating a graduation plan in order to create a clear and timely path towards degree completion.  Information about how to meet with an academic advisor is available here.

Degree Audits & Student Planner

Degree Audits are designed to help students identify and understand academic requirements for degree completion.

Degree audits include:

  • Information on a student’s declared program/major
  • The catalog year they are following
  • The advisor's name
  • The date the report was prepared
  • Program and course requirements.

Based on this information, Minneapolis College coursework will filter into the requirements for a student’s declared major. Transfer coursework will be included in the degree audit once it has been received and evaluated.  The Student Planner is a resource for students and advisors to plan and outline remaining award requirements and assist students in understanding the timeline for completing their award(s).
