There are a number of additional ways to get involved with our students and actively develop your future workforce. Volunteering to help students learn more about your business through informational interviews, becoming a classroom speaker or by facilitating an industry tour can help students solidify an interest in your field and learn how to prepare for their job search.
We also have a number of opportunities for you to offer industry expertise to our educational programs through advisory committee involvement. Your feedback allows you to have a direct impact on how students are prepared to enter your industry. We strongly encourage you to develop internships and share volunteer and job opportunities with our students through the Minneapolis College Job Bank. The Minneapolis College Job Bank can be used at no cost.
Annual Career Services Workforce Development Partner
The Career Services Workforce Development Partner is an annual partnership program. Employers should join the program to obtain the benefit of an increased recruiting presence at Minneapolis College.

- Invitation to table 2 times on-campus or sign up to register for an upcoming career fair for two representatives

- Registration fee waived for two representatives to attend two career fairs
- Employer recognition on flyers, Career Services monitors, and the Career Services’ webpage
- Listed as an Workforce Development Partner in the Minneapolis College Foundation annual report
$500 Silver Level (All Benefits of the $300 Level, Plus More)
- Registration fee waived for two representatives to attend three Career Services’ events
- Invitation to table twice on-campus followed by a selected day to utilize the Employer Interviews Rooms in the Career Services Suite for follow-up with students. Free Parking provided.
- Promotion of job openings and available internships at your company on Facebook
$1000 Gold Level (All Benefits of the $500 Level, Plus More)
- Registration fee waived for two representatives to attend four Career Services’ events
- Feature story in the monthly Advancement/Foundation eNewsletter
- Invitation to table 3 times on-campus followed by two selected days to utilize the Employer Interviews Rooms in the Career Services Suite for follow-up with students. Free Parking provided.
- Promotion of job openings and available internships on Facebook and LinkedIn
- Targeted mass email blasts to students for jobs and internships
- Name recognition on Employer Interview Rooms for one month
- Priority invitation to facilitate workshops, participate in speaker events, and career panels
Partnership over $1000 - Platinum Level
