Between Now and December 31, 2024
- YES YOU CAN! TREC Student Retention Fund
These funds cover the cost of attendance above and beyond tuition and fees for justice-impacted students participating in the TREC (Transformation and Re-entry through Education and Community) Cohort Program.
Many of these students are re-entering the community after years of incarceration and require the bare necessities like food and housing to gain an education and successfully re-establish themselves in the workforce and community. - General Student Retention Fund
Available to any Minneapolis College student to cover books and required supplies for Career and Technical Education and other programs, childcare, food, and/or housing costs, this fund provides a safety net for students BEFORE they find themselves in an emergency situation. - Random Acts of Kindness Fund
This fund helps students navigate one-time emergency expenses including housing, transportation costs, food, and even the cost of taking specific exams to become certified in their field upon graduation. Awards are limited to $500 per student per academic year.
