Student Success Partnership

Minneapolis College values the work of organizations that make college admission and higher education access possible, especially for students who are traditionally underserved and underrepresented.

We recognize the need for and value of relationship continuity and collaborative student support to ensure students progress in their higher education journey. In addition to our institutional support systems and resources offered to all students, Minneapolis College is committed to external partnerships to support Minneapolis College students through graduation and beyond.

1. Fill out the Student Success Partnership form to become a Minneapolis College Student Success Partner.
2. Inform students in your cohort they must submit Minneapolis College’s Authorization for the Release of Student Information Online Form, in order for your organization to have access to their Minneapolis College records. Note: Minneapolis College’s Authorization for the Release of Information is valid for one calendar year from the date submitted.
3. Provide a list of your students to the Dean of Enrollment Management, Heidi Aldes. The cohort will be added to the students’ records and will be monitored for completion of the Authorization for the Release of Information form.
4. Minneapolis College will provide a monthly student report for all students who have submitted an Authorization for the Release of Student Information to the agency representative identified on the Student Success Partnership form.
   
   The following information will be included:
   • Student Name
   • Course Schedule (including identification of enrollment in developmental courses)
   • Academic Standing
   • GPA
   • Early Alert Concerns
   • Attempted/Completed Credits
