Lessons in Resilience: Book Launch and Workshop
Join Minneapolis College alumna Dr. Sonia Alvarez-Robinson for the launch of her new book Lessons in Resilience: Learning from Loss, Uncertainty, Change, & Kinfolk.
Drawing on her book, Alverez-Robinson will offer an engaging Lessons in Resilience workshop that explores practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges, including loss, uncertainty, change, and the influence of those closest to us. Blending personal stories, professional expertise, and scholarly insight, the session will share tools to help participants build resilience and grow through difficult experiences.
