Munching and mingling is back!

This end-of-semester celebration is a chance for staff and faculty to connect, relax, and have some fun.

If your division, department, or group of co-workers would like to host a table and provide snacks, goodies, or activities, please RSVP to Jill Terry no later than Thursday, December 4 at noon and include the following information:

Host group name
Group contact name
Snack/goodie/activity provided
Electrical needs (electricity is limited)

Reminders:

College funds cannot be used for this event.
Groups must provide their own serving items (napkins, cups, plates, etc.).
Set-up begins at 2:30 p.m; the event runs from 3–4 p.m.
Last year, an estimated 100–150 employees attended.
13 groups hosted tables last year, offering delicious treats and fun activities.
Tables will be assigned based on electrical needs.
Thursday from 3–4 p.m. is College Hour—faculty colleagues are encouraged to participate.
Offices will remain open during the event; supervisors may schedule time for employees to attend as staffing allows.
