Employee Munch and Mingle Celebration

Munch and Mingle evenT
Thursday, December, 19, 3–4 p.m. in the Technical Building, floor 2 common area
Offices are encouraged to close during this time to allow employees the opportunity to gather for some munching, mingling, connecting, and community building. If you have a student-facing space that will remain open, please schedule staff rotations so everyone has a chance to attend.
Over the past two years, the Mingle has been a well-attended event, and we’re excited to host it again this year in the T2 tabling area by the windows facing Loring Park.
Divisions and departments are invited to host a table in the T2 area and provide snacks for the gathering. Tables and limited access to electricity (if needed) will be provided. All snacks, activities, tableware, and service items (e.g., napkins, cups, cutlery) must be supplied by the host table. Please note that college funds cannot be used for this event.
If your division or department would like to host a table, please notify Jill Bremel by noon on Wednesday, December 11. In your email, please include details about your planned table setup and indicate if you will need electricity.
Last year, table hosts provided a variety of snacks and engaging activities, which were very popular—so bring your creativity!
