All employees are invited to a half day of professional development on Thursday, November 7, 8:30–11:45 a.m.
Campus offices will be closed during this time to support attendance. Faculty are not required to attend this event, but they're more than welcome to attend.
The morning will start in T Plaza with breakfast and brief kick-off before breakout sessions. Session topics will be shared prior to the event.
Agenda:
- 8:30–9 a.m: Breakfast and Conversation
- 9–9:15 a.m: Welcome, short activity, and review of sessions

- 8:30–9:15 a.m: Post Election Processing Session in T.1200
- 9:30–10:30 a.m: Breakout sessions
- 10:30–10:45 a.m: Travel time
- 10:45–11:45 a.m: Breakout sessions

Noon–1 p.m. in T Plaza: Bring your lunch and join us for the Native American Heritage Month keynote, DEI Through an Indigenous Lens with speaker Nicholas “Nick” Metcalf, enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe – Sicangu Oyate (Burnt Thigh People)
