Amazon Offers Tuition Reimbursement
Organizations throughout the Twin Cities offer tuition reimbursement for their employees to ensure they can achieve a rewarding career.
Through their Career Choice program, Amazon will now pay full tuition and fees for eligible full-time and part-time employees.
Career Choice launched in 2012, and more than 50,000 Amazon employees from 14 countries have participated. More than half of Amazon’s participants identify as Black, Hispanic or Native American.
In addition to funding associate and bachelor’s degrees, Amazon’s Career Choice will also fund industry certifications for in-demand jobs and foundational skills such as high school completion, GEDs (General Educational Development), and ESL (English as a Second Language) proficiency certifications.
