Each year, Minneapolis College honors a small number of faculty for excellence in teaching by recognizing them as Minneapolis College Outstanding Educators.

Students are encouraged to nominate one of their instructors.

Nominations, including a letter of support of up to 200 words, may be submitted using this form.

The deadline for submitting nominations is Wednesday, Nov. 28, at 4:30 pm.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this recognition, nominees must have taught at Minneapolis College for the equivalent of three years, or six semesters.

All nominations received will be reviewed by a selection committee of past Minneapolis College awardees, who will forward their recommendations for recipients of Outstanding Educator awards to President Sharon Pierce. President Pierce will make the final selection of awardees.
