You started. Now, let us help you finish.

Minneapolis College and Minnesota State are making it easier to help you finish the degree you started. MN Reconnect is designed exclusively to support adult learners re-enrolling in college. So if you left college and would like to return, Minneapolis College is here to help you achieve your educational goals.

“Through MN Reconnect, Minneapolis College is eliminating barriers by providing a range of services and resources to help adult learners successfully complete a certificate, diploma or associate’s degree,” said Arcelle Taylor, M.Ed., MN Reconnect navigator and director of The Power of YOU and Destination Diploma to Degree (D3).

“In fact, we will provide \$1,000 toward your current unpaid balance and \$1,000 toward the overall cost of tuition to help ensure your success.”

Minneapolis College has a range of services on campus to help students succeed including:

  • Academic Advising
  • Academic Success Center
  • Accessibility Resource Center
  • Boynton Health Services
  • Campus Life
  • Career Services
  • Financial Aid
  • Student Support Center

“We strive to mitigate the range of barriers students face by providing access to resources, a strong supportive community and a solid education,” said Taylor, who also noted Minneapolis College has one of the most diverse campus communities in the state.

“And since we are an essential business, we are poised to support our students through COVID-19. We are offering expanded virtual services so students always have a place to reach out for help no matter what their need is.”

Now is the time to complete your education! So if you are at least 24 years–old, have been out of school for more than two years, have more than 15 college credits, are financial aid eligible and have not earned your degree, contact your MN Reconnect Navigator today at minneapolis.edu/reconnect. We will provide one on one assistance with your application, registration and re-acclimating to college so you can successfully reach your goals.
