Library - Study Spaces
General Study Area
The library's first floor is home to the general study area. Students can work individually or with small groups at two- or six-person tables. In the interest of those studying near you, we ask you to speak quietly.
Silent Study Area
Our silent study area is located on the second floor of the library. This area offers study carrels and open seating for 200 students. We ask that students refrain from talking while studying on the second floor.
45 computers including nine Macs and multiple scanners are available in the Library computer lab. Our lab as well as our other study spaces are available whenever the Library is open.
Group Study Rooms
Two group study rooms, for up to 6 people, are available in the Library. These rooms may be reserved in advance.
Room to Breathe
The Library offers a dedicated space for mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention to the present moment, observing thoughts and feelings without judgment and letting them pass through you with greater ease.
