Student Leaders: Navigating the Unknown
Leadership doesn’t always come with a spotlight — sometimes, it’s about finding your way when the path ahead is unclear.
Student Leaders are invited to learn how to navigate the unknown. Join us for Leading in the Dark, an interactive leadership workshop where student leaders will explore how fear, uncertainty, and vulnerability can serve as powerful guides. Through activities such as ice breakers, storytelling, and group discussions, participants will reflect on how to lead when “the map” isn’t fully visible.
Like ships navigating Duluth’s harbor in the fog, leaders move forward by trusting their instincts, their teams, and their courage. Come learn how to transform challenges into confidence and connect with other student leaders navigating their own journeys.
