Join us for a concert and singalong!
Gather to hear Mayday, a student band, perform original compositions. Then, join a singalong of This Land Is Your Land for a shared moment of unity, connection, and collective voice.
Monday, May 4 at 1 p.m. on the lawn outside of T Plaza (The event will move indoors to T Plaza in the event of inclement weather.)
Songsheets will be provided.
This Land Is Your Land was written by Woody Guthrie in 1940 as a response to God Bless America. Guthrie wanted a song that felt more grounded in everyday people’s experiences and more inclusive in its vision of the country.
