Step 1: Self-Assessment - Start by Knowing Yourself
This stage focuses on self-discovery through understanding of your Strengths, Interests, Personality, and Values. The goal of this stage is to identify who you are and what motivates you.

Step 2: Major & Career Exploration - Discover Your Path
After self-assessment, this stage is all about looking outwards and exploring your options. Conduct research using tools and resources that will match your interests to relevant majors and careers. The goal of this stage is to set meaningful long-term goals based on your findings.

Step 3: Gain Experience - Search Jobs & Internships
Once you have a long-term goal in mind, this stage helps you to test your interests, build skills, and gain clarity before committing to a career path. The goal of this stage is to find an internship or job opportunity that will allow you to apply your classroom knowledge in real-world settings.
