Part 1: Policy Statement

for College Policy 5.03​

State employees may contribute to college-affiliated foundations through payroll deduction. The Vice President of Finance and Operations is responsible for establishing an appropriate administrative process for payroll deduction management. The foundation must petition the Chancellor for authorization to receive gifts through payroll deduction.
