Student Life: Club Budgeting and Management 102

Student club leaders and advisors are invited to join Student Life for Club Budgeting and Management 102, a workshop designed to help clubs confidently manage their funding throughout the school year. Time will be provided for club members and advisors to begin developing their proposed budgets together.

Thursday, September 10, 3–4:30 p.m. in H.1002 or via Zoom

During the workshop, clubs will learn how to:
Create a realistic semester budget and spending plan
Use SMARTIE goals to guide club priorities
Understand eligible and ineligible club expenses
Plan purchases around processing deadlines
Stretch club funding through collaboration and advance planning
Track spending and prepare for events throughout the year

Active clubs begin the fall semester with a $500 starting budget and can earn $50.00 by attending!
