Description: We are a Northeast Minneapolis focused, impact-minded, entry-level bike shop and a small crew that puts 1,000 new riders on the streets of Mpls every year. We meet weekly to share updates and make decisions collectively. Recovery Bike Shop rebuilds and sells used bikes and we love introducing people to their first adult bicycle. 

Our team is patient, enjoys problem solving, can work independently and collaboratively, pays attention to details, and wants to be part of the solution. If you want to make the world a better place, let's talk! We all wrench and sell and take out the recycling. We hire for full-time, permanent positions (not seasonal). Experience a plus.
