Continuing Education and Workforce Development extends the College’s many resources, including faculty, facilities, and its mission. We offer a diverse range of classes in Arts & Culture, Business & Leadership, Computers & Technology, and Health & Human Services online and at our convenient downtown Minneapolis location. No application fees or testing required.

Individual Learning

Enhance skills with CEUs, pursue a career change, or creatively explore the world.  Find abundant opportunities to meet individualized goals through Minneapolis College’s Continuing Education. We offer day, evening and weekend courses, along with a variety of Certifications and Test Preparations, as well as short-term Certificate Programs. Many of these programs are WIOA-certified. Ask a local Workforce Center about funding.

Workforce Development

Minneapolis College’s Workforce Development provides affordable training solutions to meet the specific needs of individual organizations. Online, on-site, on-campus or hybrid training options are available. Whether employees need a refresher on a certain skill set or need training on a new process, we can deliver a tailor-made solution. Our knowledgeable instructors with years of industry experience can train jobseekers for a new career or sharpen the skills of existing employees.
