Student Email Sign-in and Office 365 Installs
Sign into Office 365 to access your college email, OneDrive, the Office Suite online apps and the link to install Office on you personal devices
Go to office.com and sign in using your StarID@go.minnstate.edu and StarID password.
- Username: StarID@go.minnstate.edu (this is not your email address)
- Password: StarID password
- Email Address: firstname.lastname@go.minneapolis.edu (you cannot use this to sign into your college email)
- View your email address at - https://myaccount.microsoft.com/
If you are a student at another Minnesota State institution all your emails will arrive at the same inbox using your universal username.
Install Office 365 for free from your college email
Visit office.com, sign in your using your StarID@go.minnstate.edu and your StarID password. Click install Office located in the upper right-hand corner.
Note: If you already have Office installed on your device, simply sign into Office using your StarID@go.minnstate.edu and StarID password to activate Office.

Campus Computers, Computer Labs & Touchdown Spaces
Minneapolis College provides a computer lab and touchdown spaces for currently registered Minneapolis College students. Students must abide by the Computer Lab Rules and the Student Code of Conduct when using the computer labs.

Students using devices running Windows 11, macOS or Chromebook can access computers with specialized software remotely.
