This session will cover how to:
- Create catering quotes through the Tiffin Man website
- Understand per-person meal rates
- Navigate ordering deadlines
- Identify the documentation required to obtain approval for catering purchases
Jag from Tiffin Man will participate in the meeting to answer questions about their catering services and offer samples from their catering menu.
This training is intended for staff and faculty who place catering orders for campus events and activities. An invitation is required for participation, so please contact Purchasing at purchasing@minneapolis.edu to attend.
