The Minneapolis College Admissions Department is here to support you.

Admissions team members can help you learn about our programs, and help you choose courses and register for your first semester.

Drop in online or in person during drop-in hours, or schedule an appointment. A warm and welcoming admissions team member will look forward to working with you.  We are excited to help you start your journey at Minneapolis College.

Summer Drop-In Admissions Advising Hours: Wednesday, May 20 to Tuesday, August 11 | In person in T.2800

Please note: During busy registration periods, the Office of Admissions may need to pause or limit individual time during drop-in advising sessions due to staff availability and wait times. To ensure you receive the support you need, we strongly encourage incoming students to attend a 1Stop Enrollment Event whenever possible. These events offer personalized advising and are an excellent way to prepare for a successful start to the semester.

  • Monday: 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: 10 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Friday: Closed 

Important Drop-In Advising Announcements

  • June 16: The Office of Admissions will close for Drop-In Advising at 11:30 a.m. to prepare for our 1Stop Enrollment Event, starting at 1 p.m.
  • June 19: The Office of Admissions will be closed
  • June 24: The Office of Admissions will close for Drop-In Advising at 11:30 a.m. to support a Pre-Nursing First Light Orientation
  • July 3: The Office of Admissions will be closed
  • July 8: The Office of Admissions will close for Drop-In Advising at 11:30 a.m. to prepare for our 1Stop Enrollment Event, starting at 1 p.m.
  • July 15: The Office of Admissions will open for Drop-In Advising at 2:00 p.m. Students are strongly encouraged to attend our 1Stop Enrollment Event, starting at 10 a.m.
