Apply for Free during Minnesota State Week

Minneapolis College will waive application fees during “Minnesota State Week,” set for June 22–26, 2026. During Minnesota State Week, special campus visits and information events will be held at Minneapolis College as well as at all 33 Minnesota State colleges and universities. Students will also have a chance to hear more about the Minnesota State Promise—our promise to provide a high-quality education at the lowest possible cost, including FREE tuition for students who qualify. 

“Minnesota State Week is about removing obstacles and making it easier for prospective students to access the information they need to make informed decisions about their education and future,” said Rob Piurowski, Director of Admissions at Minneapolis College. “By waiving application fees and offering personalized campus tours throughout the week, Minneapolis College is helping open doors to higher education. We’re proud of our vibrant, safe campus and excited to support students as they take their next step forward.”
