Library - Interlibrary Loan

Items which are not owned by the library and items which are currently unavailable may be requested through interlibrary loan. There are two methods for requesting material through interlibrary loan: requesting through the library catalog & filling out a blank request form. You can check the status of your request online. If you have questions, please contact the circulation department at 612-659-6290, email.

Requesting Material Through the Catalog

Using the Library catalog, locate an item you wish to request. Please note, items which are listed as available in the Minneapolis College library catalog may not be requested. Items requested through the catalog usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Using the Request Form

If you cannot locate an item you would like to request in the library catalog, you can fill out a blank request form. Our librarians are happy to help you search for alternative resources or to assist you with any questions.
