All are invited to join a professional development session hosted by HR in collaboration with E&I. This session will focus on intentional awareness in leadership, incorporating emotional intelligence, and promoting civility in the workplace.

Learning Objectives:

  • Five strategies for fostering civil conversations at work
  • Four proactive approaches to handling incivility
  • Three key emotional intelligence skills: self-awareness and self-regulation, recognizing and addressing fear, anxiety, and worry, and responding with mindfulness.

Joining online is also an option.
