Celebrate Women’s History Month in March with a field trip to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities to attend the Women’s Center lecture, Women’s History Month Lecture featuring Dr. Susana M. Morris.

Wednesday, March 18, 4:30 in the CMU Theater
 

30 spots are available (5 are reserved for campus employees). A “spot” refers to a seat on the bus.

• To attend via bus ride, sign up on the Field Trip form by Wednesday, March 11. 
  • The first 25 students and five employees to sign up will receive a follow up email with more details.

The Women’s Center at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities is excited to host best-selling author and Georgia Tech professor, Dr. Susana M. Morris for the 2026 Women’s History Month lecture.

Field Trip schedule:

• 2:45 p.m: Meet in T Building 
• 3 p.m: Load on bus 
• 3:15 p.m: Arrive at U of M 
• 3:30 p.m: Lunch with U of M staff 
• 4:15 p.m: Walk to CMU 
• 4:30 p.m: Lecture with Dr. Susana S. Morris 
• 6:30 p.m: Load on bus 
• 7 p.m: Arrive back at Minneapolis College
