Higher Learning Commission Invites Third-Party Comment about Minneapolis Community and Technical College

Minneapolis Community and Technical College is seeking comments from the public about the College in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency, the Higher Learning Commission. Minneapolis College will host an accreditation site visit March 20-22, 2017. The site visit team will review the institution’s ongoing ability to meet HLC’s Criteria for Accreditation. Minneapolis Community and Technical College has been accredited by HLC since 1977.

The public, including employees, may submit written, signed comments on HLC’s website at www.hlcommission.org/comment or submit comments to the following address:

All comments must be received by the Higher Learning Commission no later than February 20, 2017.

Note: Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs.  An individual with a specific dispute or grievance with an institution should request HLC's separate policy on complaints. HLC cannot settle disputes between institutions and individuals, whether faculty, students, or others. Complaints will not be considered as comments.
