The Minneapolis College community will come together for a powerful celebration of unity through song.
Wednesday, October 1 at 1:30 p.m., in the outdoor plaza
Sponsored by the Chamber Ensemble Club and Guy Shelley, this event will feature a group performance of This Land Is Your Land, a song that has inspired generations to reflect on the values of community, resilience, and belonging.
It’s not necessary to be a professional singer, or to know all the words—this event is about our community gathering side-by-side to raise our voices, share space, and honor the idea that we are stronger together. Lyrics and music stands will be provided.
Everyone is invited to share their voice, presence, and spirit of connection. Let’s take one hour to pause, sing, and reflect on the common goals we share as a community.
