How to Apply as a Veteran

  1. Apply and Pay the $20 online application fee or submit an approved application fee waiver form (see below under Application Fee Waivers)
  2. Provide a copy of your high school transcripts or GED to Minneapolis College
  3. Submit your military transcripts (scroll down to “Other types of transcripts” and select “Veteran and Military Transcripts”)
  4. Visit the course placement webpage
  5. Register for courses!
  6. Notify the Veterans School Certifying Official of your enrollment or re-entry and the Veteran Education Benefit you wish to use: MPLS-Vets.
  7. Follow the Student Checklist to Prepare for the First Day of Class.
