Tuition Payment and Due Dates

If Minneapolis College has received your FAFSA from the Department of Education, your tuition and fees are deferred and your registration will not be canceled – even if your award letter is still pending.

Therefore, it is critical that you cancel your registration if you decide you do not wish to attend registered courses.

If you are waiting for your financial aid award letter, please ensure that the Financial Aid office has all requested information so your award letter may be processed.

The organization sponsoring your education may email authorization to studentbillings@minneapolis.edu.

Submit your scholarship check or verification each semester by the tuition due date to secure your registration. Prepaid scholarship checks should be made out to Minneapolis College and submitted to Business Services.

You may enroll in the automated FACTS tuition payment plan offered by Nelnet. Monthly payments are deducted from your financial account and transferred to the college.

There is a one-time payment plan fee of $29 associated with this service.

Access the online enrollment function in eServices before the tuition due date to secure your registration.

Students who make a partial payment of $300 or 15% of tuition and fees (whichever is less) meet the payment policy. You may make this payment online in eServices and verify that your registrations are secured.

There are additional fees for carrying a balance and paying for the courses as you attend. A $30 payment plan fee is assessed on unpaid balances after the Last Day to Add/Drop.

A second $30 late fee is assessed after the mid-point of the term.

Need more time to meet the payment policy?  Eligible students may request a deferment.
